Brio Tiny Homes is a Spokane-based team that designs and builds custom accessory dwelling units directly on clients’ properties across the Spokane area and North Idaho. Co-founder Rob Wuls oversees a process that covers every step: permitting, custom floor plan design, construction, and delivery on schedule.

The company focuses exclusively on site-built ADUs rather than factory-built or trailer-based units. Floor plans are tailored to each property and use case — aging-parent suites, home offices, rental units, and guest accommodations are common projects. Build time from permit approval to completion runs approximately four months.

Unit sizes range from approximately 300 to 1,000 square feet. As of May 2026, pricing starts around $115,000 for smaller ADUs (300–500 sq ft) and reaches the low $200,000s for larger 1,000-square-foot builds. Brio serves the broader Inland Northwest market, including Spokane County and the adjacent North Idaho corridor.
