LifEscape Builders was founded by Maegan Wilson in 2017 in Temecula, California. Maegan holds a California building license and also owns a solar company serving Southern California. Models include custom THOWs from 26 feet starting at $76,350 (8.5’ wide, 300 sq ft with sleeping loft) up to 36-foot family builds. Recent featured builds include DeeDee’s Dream (30’ x 8.5’, from $98,999) and Tiny Tandem (36’ x 10’, two-bedroom single-level design).
In 2025, LifEscape Builders responded to the LA fires by providing sustainable housing solutions for displaced residents. Under a Mayor Bass executive order, THOWs built to ANSI A119.5 code can be placed on land during reconstruction.
