Providence Building Group

Providence Building Group is a veteran-operated, family-owned builder based in White House, Tennessee, just north of Nashville. Their 36,000-square-foot indoor factory provides a controlled environment for building custom modular tiny homes, THOWs, and container homes with meticulous attention to detail.

Pricing starts at $80,000 for tiny homes and container homes, with builds as luxurious as the buyer wants. All homes are NOA+ certified and inspected in-shop before delivery. Standard build time is 9-12 weeks from design approval to delivery.

Providence is also developing The Preserve at Dale Hollow, a container home community near Dale Hollow Lake in Clay County — Tennessee’s first container home development. The project plans up to 200 homes on 530 acres of forested land, with homes starting in the low $200,000s.
