Tiny House Building Company

Tiny House Building Company (THBC) is headquartered at 11001 Houser Dr in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and was established in 2014 as Virginia’s first tiny house building company. Owner Kristopher Angstadt holds a Class A contractor license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and draws on more than two decades of residential construction experience in the Fredericksburg area.

All builds are THOW (tiny houses on wheels) permanently mounted on steel trailer frames in lengths from 12 to 40 feet. The lineup includes roughly 30 named models — from the compact Alpine to the gooseneck-trailer Mulberry — spanning 150 to 400 square feet. Clients may choose a stock floor plan or request full customization for a $75 design fee credited toward purchase.
