Wolf Industries operates a 21,000-square-foot factory in Battle Ground, Washington, producing turn-key modular homes, ADUs, and tiny homes built to IRC standards. Homes arrive 80–90 percent complete and are set, connected, and finished by their field team.

The company has placed over 500 homes in the last five years, with about half built in Clark County. Pre-engineered tiny home floorplans range from 300 to 615 square feet, with larger modular options up to 1,230 square feet. Wolf handles feasibility, engineering, permitting, site work, and production through a parallel workflow designed to cut timelines and control costs.

Wolf Industries also works with public agencies — they finalized an agreement with the Vancouver Housing Authority to produce modular structures for transitional housing as part of a tiny home village project.
