All park model tiny homes are inspected by RVIA inspectors and comply with ANSI A119.5 codes for Recreational Park Trailers, arriving with RVIA seals and all required safety equipment. The three cabin styles — Smoky Mountain, Lake Tahoe, and Country — are available in customizable sizes from the standard 12x34 feet up to 14x50 feet, with up to 400 square feet of living space plus porches, decks, and lofts.
Every unit comes with a 12-month warranty on the structure and manufacturer warranties on appliances, hot water heater, and HVAC. Hilltop Structures delivers nationwide and offers rent-to-own financing, making their cabins accessible to buyers across Tennessee and beyond.
