Wind River Built

Wind River Built was founded in 2014 in Cleveland, Tennessee, near Chattanooga. Operating from a 9,000-square-foot production facility, the company has built over 50 custom tiny homes and expanded into park models and ADUs for hospitality and residential use.

Their THOW lineup includes the Pingora (24-foot starting at $88,400, also available in a 30-foot version at 448 sq ft), the Big Whimsy (30 ft), the Kubrick (24 ft), the Ironclad, the Noah, and the Lupine (32-foot gooseneck). Builds are constructed with 2×4 framing, spray foam insulation, and LP SmartSide siding. Wind River is RV-certified through Pacific West Associates and registered with DAA, meeting RVIA standards for titling and road use.

In addition to THOWs, Wind River builds park model RVs and ADU structures for vacation rentals and resort communities. The company maintains a blog covering Tennessee-specific zoning topics including Chattanooga’s ADU ordinance and Nashville’s DADU expansion.
